Well all I can say is wow!!!! What an amazing time last Thursday with Ireland:AM I can’t thank the whole team enough for being so welcoming. The two dishes went down a treat and I loved every second of it. Blown away by the insane reaction on all my social media platforms. I cooked up two quick pasta dishes. A beautiful smoked salmon with capers dish and a delicious chicken with chorizo dish topped with a sweet chilli and white wine sauce.
